Collection Methods

• In the event that the package is lost during post, we will NOT be held responsible but we will try our best to recover the lost goods.

• Please check the conditions of your items during meet-ups . If the items are found damaged after the meetup, we will not hold any responsibility.
  
  

(1)Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly if the parcel is too big singpost postman will send to your doorstep. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
Postage for Normal mail:

$1.50 per item
$0.50 each for subsequence item(s)
*We will not be responsible if item lost during post.


(2) Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is an addition of $3.00 to normal mail postage. We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.



(4) Collection

→Only available for purchase(s) above $20
→ Buyer(s) must confirm meet-up details 2 days in advance.
→ Buyer(s) must provide a working contact number for easy communication and I will disclose mine only after meet-up details are confirmed.
→ If buyer is late for more than 20minutes, I will leave. So please opt for self collection or normal/registered postage and pay accordingly. Meet-up fee will not be refunded.
→Item(s) will be confiscated if not collected within a month.

Meet-up:

FOC → Eunos(EW), Aljunied(EW), Dhoby Ghaut(NE/NS/CC), Macpherson(CC).
Others:
North South Line - $3.50 per trip
East West Line - $2.50 per trip
North East Line - $4.00 per trip
Circle Line - $2.50 per trip

Self Collection:

We offer self-collection services everyday after 7pm.
